000WebHost.com Affiliate Program
I should begin by saying that our company, Net Success 2000 Plus Inc is a member of the Better Business Bureau of Kentucky and BBBOnline.
We began as a consulting business in 1997. Since then we've made our living on the internet as an affiliate marketer. We have Super Affiliate status on CJ.com.
Because of declining sales for web hosting we were looking for a way to turn our top positions on the SEs for the word FREE when used with our other major phrases into cash.
On April 14, 2008 we located 000webhost.com, whose affiliate program offered $5 for every sign up that remained active for 30 Days.
We joined and as we do with most of the products we promote, we signed up for a free website to be used to test the service.
I did most of the testing and found the service to be more than adequate as far as free web hosting goes. There was some down time and problems with logging on to the members area, but for the most part the service was very good.
I revived one of our old dead websites, www.createasite.net and began to promote 000webhost.
It wasn't getting any traffic from the SEs so I started out sending the traffic from our main website www.createafreewebsite.net.
We began signing up 30 to 50 applicants a day on April the 14th.
It wasn't until I began searching for similar offers that I came across some very disturbing posts on various forum and blog sites. It seems people weren't being paid by 000webhost.
Further research revealed claims of people being paid and others not being paid. It should be noted that the claims of people being paid are posted on web hosting review sites owned by the same people that own 000webhost.
Since some of the posts claimed that their accounts were terminated when they asked too many questions I started out with a ticket to the Help Desk about the allegations.

Notice, there is no response at 21 hours, 1 minute and 55 seconds. But, we have not been terminated.
As our ticket states we will post any payments we receive from 000webhost for our services. We will also give anyone else who has received payments from them the opportunity to post their payments.
Another Concern
I noticed that our sign up page was going on maintenance and not allowing sign ups at about 10 oclock each evening. I submitted a help desk ticket on this issue.

I recieved no response to this ticket, but I noticed that shortly thereafter our sign up page redirected to a sign up page for www.0fees.net. 0fees.net is another free web hosting site owned by II Hosting Media, the owners of 000WebHost.
We perceive the act of redirecting an affiliate sign up page as fraud.
I'll keep the affiliate relationship with 000webhost alive and give them a chance to clear their name. I should relate that so far the process has unfolded just as the nonpaid have described.
On the 14th of May we received a message that they had changed to a 60 day policy
and all of our ready for payment applicants changed to an additioinal 30 days.

I'll keep you posted on any new developments.
If you have received a payment from 000webhost, please use our SiteReptile Hot Line to notify us so that we can get it documented.

The following statement is taken from the Terms of Service of the affiliate program.

Stats
As of June 1, 2008 we have 1215 recorded sign ups. (Started April 14) 635 accounts are still Active.
8 are marked ready for payment. (Not sure where these came from)
529 accounts have been terminated or are pending cancellation due to inactivity.
51 accounts are still Pending Email confirmation. ( Why bother signing up? )
20 Ready
On June 26, we finally reached our 20 active sign up plateau. According to the message we should receive a payment on July 1.
33 Ready
On June 27 we had 33 accounts ready to pay.
Where Did They Go?
On June 28 we dropped back down to 24 Ready accounts.
Back to 43
On June 30 we were back to 43 sign ups ready for payment.

July 25 - Still No Payment
52 signups ready for payment and still 000webhost has not paid the first cent for about 2000 new accounts that we have sent them. 000webhost .com is a scam operation of the worst kind.
August 3, 2008
We aren't even promoting their shit anymore and our account just grows and grows.
We have honestly tried to give 000webhost the benefit of the doubt and clear their name of practicing fraudulent scam activities using their Affiliate Program!!
They have failed and we can only concur with the accusations posted against them across the internet.
000webhost is a dishonest scam promotion owned by II Hosting Media!!
